When you use The Crew Bot, we collect:

• Account info: Name, email, password.
• Contact info: Phone number and Discord username for alerts.
• Broker credentials: API key and secret (Full Automation only). Encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Preferences: Risk settings, sessions, selected traders.

2. How We Use It

• To provide the Service and execute trades on your behalf
• To send trade signals via your chosen methods
• To communicate about your account and support
• To improve the Service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with payment processors (Whop), alert delivery services, and when required by law.

4. Security

Broker API credentials are encrypted. We never store broker passwords. You can revoke API access anytime through your broker.

5. Your Rights
