Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Crew Bot ("Service"), operated by The Crew Bot LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

The Crew Bot provides AI-powered futures trading services across two subscription tiers:

• Signal Alerts ($49/month) — Real-time trade signal notifications delivered via SMS, email, and/or Discord.
• Full Automation ($149/month) — Automated trade execution through your connected brokerage account, including signal generation, risk management, and order placement.

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Whop. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

4. Your Brokerage Account

For Full Automation subscribers: You are solely responsible for maintaining your brokerage account with Interactive Brokers (or other supported brokers). You provide API credentials voluntarily to enable automated trading. You maintain full ownership and control of your brokerage account at all times.

We do not hold, manage, or have withdrawal access to your funds. We only place trades through the API permissions you grant.

5. No Investment Advice

The Crew Bot is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor. Our Service provides algorithmic trading signals and execution tools only. Nothing in our Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice.

You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any trading decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Algorithmic trading systems can experience technical failures
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• You should only trade with money you can afford to lose

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, exchange outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Crew Bot LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, attempt to reverse-engineer our trading algorithms, or redistribute our signals without authorization.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
